Frequently Asked Questions
What is the actual cost/pp for both events?
We need to know what we are giving away. For example, food and beverage at Symposium is $50/pp and that doesn’t include Crowne costs. 3 tickets for a $1,000 sponsorship nets us $850. If we include all Crowne costs, it’s $100/pp and a $1,000 sponsorship nets us $700.
How can I note that this is a donation to a non-profit?
To use this as a donation to a non-profit, the recognition (NOT marketing) can be thank you messaging only and if an ad has a dollar value, the donation must be reduced by that value for taxes. Advertised ticket price also reduces donation value for taxes.
